DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a multi-talented, entrepreneurial individual; this is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, energetic, independent thinking person with a strong ability to successfully manage a variety of marketing projects. At MARKETsolutions, a Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of marketing programs to build brand awareness and support various internal and external initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Report directly to the president, but serve the client, in this hands-on role

· Design and develop creative and effective strategies and tactics to ensure that multiple marketing objectives are achieved

· Identify and drive marketing campaigns, industry marketing, partner marketing, and solutions marketing through advertising, tradeshows, events, Web site and collateral development

· Write and contribute to the design of marketing copy and sales collateral materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5 years (+/-) relevant experience in a marketing or business development role, or a seasoned professional looking to change directions in you career

· “Do’er/Seller” attitude; proven hands-on experience

· Detail oriented, creative thinker (interesting dichotomy)

· Strong written and verbal communications skills

· Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time; self-motivator, self-starter

· Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred (“knowledge is good,” all academic disciplines considered)

DATABASE MARKETING ANALYST

We are seeking a multi-talented, entrepreneurial individual; this is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, energetic, independent thinking person with a strong ability to successfully manage a variety of marketing projects. At MARKETsolutions, a Database Marketing Analyst will be responsible for marketing campaign management and lead generation efforts for internal and external projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Apply database marketing skills in the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns.

· Advise clients on customer marketing data, and the best approach to achieving marketing goals.

· Analyze campaign results to provide assessment of campaign

· Execute campaigns using an array of tools and applications

· Develop and manage large databases to support our B2B direct marketing efforts

· Involvement in all phases of database marketing including data acquisition, design of marketing campaigns, campaign testing and quality control, campaign management, performance reporting, and database maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3 years (+/-) in B2B marketing with a proven track record

· Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred (“knowledge is good,” all academic disciplines considered)

· Knowledge of relational database technology and concepts

· Experiences with MAPinfo, Microsoft Access, and/or Microsoft CRM helpful

· Experience with database marketing, email marketing, and direct mail campaigns

· Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, creative, self-motivator, self-starter

· Detail-oriented, accurate, professional and accountable
